  • Yes, I offer intensive counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families. Instead of one-hour sessions spread over weeks or months, an intensive can involve several hours of continuous therapy, in a single, prolonged session. Intensives are ideal for tackling complex issues such as trauma, attachment wounds, infidelity, or deeply entrenched negative patterns. The extended format allows me to give uninterrupted, tailored support to a your unique situation, promoting a deeper understanding and connection.
